Midori

Coming Soon!  It was on hold while the housing market was slow, but this project should be up and running in mid- 2011. Call for an update.

This cozy project features 10 lots in a great location just northwest of Old Town Fort Collins. Named Midori, which is Japanese for "green", the community incorporates sustainability, affordability and aesthetics into a carefully crafted, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood.

One of the major design goals for Midori is to create a neighborhood that is conceived as green from the ground up. One of the developer's key goals is to minimize the homes' footprint on the land, reducing hardscape and preserving existing trees. Another key component will be creating a true community feel, reflected in the plan for homes which face a common green with walking paths and back-loaded garages.
