Lara founded The Green Team Real Estate to fill a gap in the industry. An ever increasing number of buyers and sellers recognize the value and need for more eco-friendly homes.  Yet, few brokers have the product and technology knowledge, the local market knowledge and the personal passion to satisfy this expanding segment. Her mission was to create a real estate group that the public identifies as the local resource for buying, selling or creating greener homes.
