Energy Audits
An energy audit is the best way to evaluate the current energy efficiency of your home and allows you to prioritze improvements you can make that will boost your efficiency, lowering your utility bills. It is also usually required when you apply for an Energy-Efficient Mortgage.

Home Inspections
Getting your home inspected as soon as possible after writing a purchase contract is a critical step in the purchase process. It could save you thousands of dollars on defects you identify and may be able to have the seller or builder correct before purchase.

- Clean Air Lawn Care offer environmentally clean, high quality mowing services. Their machines use electricity (power through renewable energy (wind/solar)) and biodiesel fuel. This reduces their net emissions to zero. And because their equipment is electric, it's noticeably quieter, which is great for neighbors, napping children and enjoying a peaceful day.
Moving Services
- Bravo! Exodus Moving and Storage has "gone green." All of their local fleet use biodiesel (currently being converted over to vegetable oil) and the company uses packing boxes made from recycled cardboard. They'll get you across town, across county or across the planet.
